Promotional Credit Terms & Conditions

Effective Dates

This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) is available to any individual or entity considering a renovation project who schedules a site survey with a contractor through the Block Renovation platform between December 28, 2025 and January 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Promotion, a participant must:

1. Be a person or entity seeking to undertake a renovation project;
   
   
2. Schedule a site survey with a contractor through the Block Renovation platform during the Promotion Period;
   
   
3. Notify their assigned Block Renovation planner of the Promotion prior to or at the time of scheduling the site survey; and
   
   
4. Enter into an executed renovation or construction agreement facilitated by Block Renovation following the site survey.
   
   

Failure to disclose the Promotion to the assigned planner within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the promotional credit, as determined by Block Renovation in its sole discretion.

Promotional Credit Amount

Eligible participants may receive a promotional credit applied toward renovation costs based on the Net Build Value (“NBV”) of the executed project agreement, calculated as follows:

The promotional credit amount will be determined by Block Renovation based on the approved project scope and final contract value. Under no circumstances will the promotional credit exceed $6,500.

Application of Credit

The promotional credit will be applied as a credit toward eligible renovation costs in accordance with Block Renovation’s standard billing and project processes. The credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Promotion:

• May not be combined with any other promotions, incentives, discounts, or offers;
  
  
• Does not apply retroactively to site surveys, projects, or agreements entered into outside the Promotion Period;
  
  
• Is void where prohibited by law.
  
  

No Guarantee of Project Execution

Scheduling a site survey does not guarantee contractor availability, project approval, pricing, or execution of a renovation or construction agreement.

Modification or Termination

Block Renovation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, with or without notice, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under Block Renovation’s standard customer agreements, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Block Renovation terms, policies, and agreements.
