White Oak

This 1920s bungalow required careful balancing of preservation and modernization. The structure was reinforced with new beams, and the electrical and plumbing systems were fully upgraded to code. A rear addition expanded the footprint, adding a master suite and larger kitchen. Historic features such as the original hardwood flooring, fireplace mantel, and trim were preserved. The design team blended these with modern touches: recessed lighting, energy-efficient windows, and a new roof.
