2 Story Addition

2 story addition to single family home. We created a 4 season room and office. Project included excavation, concrete foundation with footings, slab and decorative patio under deck. We removed the existing deck and replaced with new, larger Trex deck and railing system. New framing, windows and vinyl siding, gutters, soffit / fascia, insulation, drywall and painting, lighting and flooring throughout.
