As a ground-up build, our team managed every phase—from architectural planning and permitting to foundation, framing, utilities, and final finishes—delivering a seamless, turnkey accessory dwelling unit. Inside, the ADU offers a bright and open living area, a thoughtfully designed kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a well-proportioned bedroom. Large windows and a smart interior layout maximize light and floor space, giving the unit an airy feel despite its modest footprint.
