roject Description — Grove Street Medical / Therapy Office & Ketamine Clinic Build-Out RHR Builders completed renovation and build-out work for the Grove Street project, converting the space into a professional medical office, therapy office, and ketamine clinic. The project involved coordinating multiple trade scopes to prepare the building for healthcare-related use, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interior finishes, and accessibility-related work. The scope included plumbing rough-in and trim-out for restrooms, sinks, utility areas, mop sink, water heater connections, and other clinic support spaces. Electrical work included upgraded wiring, new outlets, switches, lighting, relocation of the meter base and interior panel, and planning for a future sub-panel. HVAC work included high-efficiency Mitsubishi mini-split systems, multiple indoor heads, transfer fans, bathroom exhaust fans, and dryer venting. RHR Builders also handled interior painting, cabinet delivery and installation coordination, ramp grab bars, finish details, and trade coordination with the architect and owner. The project required careful planning, permitting, inspections, and coordination to create a clean, functional, code-compliant space suitable for medical, therapy, and ketamine treatment services.
