Full-service exterior painting and finishing for a 1,100 sq. ft. residential property. Project included professional surface preparation, caulking, and a high-durability 3-coat system (1 primer, 2 acrylic topcoats) applied to fiber-cement lap siding. Special attention was given to architectural trim, including fascia, soffits, porch columns, and ADA-compliant railing systems to ensure a weather-resistant and premium finish.
