Willows Run Golf Complex - 10402 Willows Rd NE. This fully permitted commercial terrace renovation transformed an aging golf club restaurant deck into a premium outdoor hospitality space overlooking the course. Our team completed a full structural reconstruction, including demolition of the existing assembly, framing upgrades, waterproof system integration, and installation of premium Brazilian IPE hardwood decking. We also fabricated and installed custom welded aluminum railings designed specifically for this commercial environment. The project required precise coordination around active restaurant operations, public safety requirements, and challenging weather conditions. The finished terrace delivers a durable, luxury outdoor dining experience with modern commercial-grade performance and timeless architectural aesthetics.
