Custom Rooftop Waterproof IPE Deck & Stair Reconstruction

This fully customized rooftop deck renovation included complete demolition and reconstruction of an aging waterproof deck system, damaged stairs, and exterior siding components. Our team installed a new PVC waterproof roofing membrane with updated insulation, flashing, slope correction, and water testing to ensure long-term protection and drainage performance. The project featured premium rooftop IPE hardwood deck tiles installed over a pedestal system with new composite/PVC joists for proper airflow and moisture separation. We also rebuilt the staircase using pressure-treated framing and installed new aluminum railings for improved safety and modern aesthetics. Additional work included parapet siding and plywood replacement, door elevation modifications, framing corrections, and detailed waterproof integration throughout the rooftop assembly. The final result is a clean, durable, low-maintenance rooftop living space designed for Pacific Northwest weather conditions while delivering a luxury architectural appearance.
